Bouquet care instructions

1. Bouquets from Kvitna are delivered in branded packaging. Please remove the packaging before placing the flowers in a vase. Do not cut the ribbon that ties the bouquet — it helps preserve its original shape.
2. The bouquet is usually transported in a technical water-containing wrap, which should also be removed before placing the bouquet in a vase.
3. Trim the stems at a sharp angle, approximately 1 cm from the bottom. Repeat the procedure every 2–3 days.
4. Fill the vase with cold water and add 1/3 of the flower food included (nutrient fertilizer for cut flowers). Refresh the water regularly and repeat the feeding every 2–3 days.
5. To extend the life of your flowers, we recommend placing the composition in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat such as radiators, space heaters, and other appliances. Avoid placing the vase in the kitchen, especially near a stove or cooking area. It’s also best not to keep the flowers near fruits, that emit ethylene gas, which can accelerate the aging of flowers. Flowers don’t like drafts either, so avoid placing the bouquet near an air conditioner or in a breezy spot. Avoid setting the vase directly on heated floors, as this can also be harmful to the flowers.

What comes with your bouquet?

1. We’ll include a complimentary branded greeting card, stylishly designed and printed or handwritten on your behalf. The card will be placed in an envelope along with:
2. Care instructions for keeping your bouquet fresh;
3. A "bouquet recipe" – listing all the flowers in the arrangement;
4. A sachet of flower food to help prolong the life of the bouquet.
5. And that's not all – we’ll also slip in a surprise! We won’t spoil the fun by telling you what it is (that would defeat the purpose of a surprise), but we can promise it’ll help make your gift truly unforgettable!
6. You can also add premium extras to your bouquet – chocolates, a soft toy, or a vase – to make your floral present even more exceptional!
7. The bouquet will be carefully placed into a gift bag. In case of bad weather, we’ll additionally wrap your order in thermal protective film to guard it from rain, snow, or freezing temperatures.
