The season of amaryllis, also known as hippeastrum, begins in late autumn and lasts almost until spring. How to care for a bouquet of amaryllis?

Amaryllis is a rather long-lasting flower in a vase and does not require a large amount of water. If it is a mono bouquet, we recommend trimming the stems at a straight angle once every one to two days and adding fresh, cool water to a level of 5–6 cm. At the same time, it is important to monitor the water level, especially if the room is too warm.
If amaryllis is used in a mixed bouquet, we recommend following our standard care instructions, which we always include with our floral arrangements.
