REFUND TERMS
Kvitna has a money-back guarantee, refund of the money paid for the order and delivery is possible provided that:
The order was canceled in advance, at least 1 day before the delivery date. In some cases, we make concessions and do a refund when the order is canceled on the delivery day if we consider the reason for the return/cancellation to be valid.
WAYS TO REFUND FUNDS
The money refund is made with the same payment method as the original payment for the order was made. For example, if the payment was made using a credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard) via Internet acquiring service (payment was made on the website with an order placed through the cart), the refund is made using the standard refund procedure of the Internet acquiring service.
REFUND TIMES
According to Ukrainian legislation, a refund can take up to 3 banking days. Refund via Internet acquiring services is made immediately, upon the refund initiation on our side, but it may take some time for the receiving bank to process the money transfer.
REFUSAL TO PAY FOR THE BOUQUET UPON DELIVERY
If you are both the Customer and the Recipient of the bouquet, you can refuse to pay for and to receive the bouquet if, in your opinion, the bouquet does not meet your expectations. If the bouquet price was paid in advance, the payment (both for the bouquet and for delivery service) is refunded with the same method it was originally made.
REFUND IN CASE OF AN ALREADY DELIVERED BOUQUET
Refunds in case of an already delivered bouquet will not be carried out. If the Customer has any claims or complaints about the bouquet's quality after the delivery we can provide a complimentary bouquet, discount for the next order or free delivery of the next order as a compensation, at our discretion. The composition (flowers), budget, appearance of a complimentary bouquet is determined by us based on our own considerations.
REFUSAL TO ACCEPT THE BOUQUET BY THE RECIPIENT, PHYSICAL INABILITY TO RECEIVE THE BOUQUET
If for some reason the Recipient does not want to accept the bouquet (including when he/she cannot physically accept the bouquet due to, for example, being out of the city), the order is considered completed, the flowers are taken for temporary storage until the Customer makes a decision. Subsequently, by agreement with the Customer the bouquet can be delivered to another Recipient or transferred free of charge to a social institution. Transportation costs associated with repeated delivery attempts are paid by the Customer separately.
DELIVERY DELAY CLAIMS
Complaints about delivery delays are accepted only if the Customer has paid for the "delivery by exact time" service. If delay is confirmed, we will refund the difference in cost between standard delivery and delivery by the exact time. In other cases, delivery is carried out during the day by agreement with the Recipient. Time ranges of 2 hours do serve as a reference. For example, from 9 to 11, from 11 to 13, from 13 to 15, from 15 to 17, from 17 to 21 Kyiv time.
