Astrantia | According to some sources, the Latin name is given from the words "astron" - "star-yes" and "anti" - "like", i.e. "similar to a star." There is a legend about a bright star that once fell on the edge of the forest. The star fell in love with an earthly guy, and from hitting the ground it crumbled into thousands of brilliant fragments, which turned into small charming flowers that glow at night. |
